DUE: Wednesday, June 16, by 3:30pm

Turning it all in: Prepare a master copy of the in-service plan (document), all lesson plans, handouts, three empirical research articles and the PowerPoint presentation.

1. Make sure you follow APA formatting – double spaced with a 12 point font and 1” margins.
2. Please follow the directions carefully. You are to attach only 5 files. Your attachments must include the following:
  • The In-Service Plan - "document" including a cover page, table of contents, lesson plans, references, and all pertinent handouts and attachments. This must be a Microsoft Word document (.doc or .docx) and should be formatted into one smoothly flowing document.
  • The Microsoft PowerPoint presentation - a presentation file (.ppt or .pptx) and not a PowerPoint slide show. In other words, when I open the file I should see the PowerPoint layout, including the presenter’s note section. The note section should contain relevant citations and pertinent information for the presenter.
  • 3 Empirical Research Articles - Attach 3 PDFs for the journal articles you used in your project. Only PDF documents should be attached and make sure you have one per article. Your articles should reflect the most current submission (and approval).
